ANTHONY PILCHER

Anthony Pilcher is a Boston-based singer, performer, and educator. He will close out his 2025 season with his role debut of Melchior in Seaglass Theater Company's production of Amahl and the Night Visitors, and will then start 2026 as an Apprentice Artist at Sarasota Opera in their productions of La bohème, The Merry Widow, Il trovatore, and Susannah. Earlier this season, he performed the roles of Joe Aikens in The Stephen Foster Story and Max Detweiler in The Sound of Music with the Stephen Foster Drama Association, was a Young Artist with Opera Saratoga’s Education Tour, a Vocal Fellow at Emmanuel Music’s Bach Institute, and portrayed Ben Upthegrove in Boston Opera Collaborative’s production of Gian Carlo Menotti’s The Telephone.
